This Type-R configuration removes the rear silencer to deliver Tomei’s most aggressive sound profile and lightest possible setup.

Constructed entirely from 100 percent titanium, this exhaust offers exceptional strength and durability while dramatically reducing weight compared to the factory system. The large-diameter main piping improves exhaust flow and response, while the signature burned blue titanium tip adds a race-inspired visual finish that perfectly suits the FK8’s aggressive styling.

Instead of traditional flanges, Tomei uses a spring and clamp connection system throughout the mid section. This design allows controlled flexibility to absorb vibration and heat expansion, helping reduce stress and prevent cracking over time. Clamp bands and slotted pipe ends ensure a secure seal during installation and long-term use.

The system ships complete with all required hardware, including new bolts, nuts, and Bolt Smooth Paste to help prevent hardware seizure under high heat conditions.
