Tapa de tapa de ACD de titanio JDC

Esta sólida tapa se ajusta perfectamente a la tapa del ACD original y le da un aspecto de titanio renovado al compartimento del motor. Cada tapa está mecanizada profesionalmente en CNC a partir de una sola pieza de titanio 6AL-4V de grado 5. Cada tapa lleva grabado a láser el logotipo circular de JDC en la parte superior y se pule a mano antes de recibir nuestro tratamiento patentado de anodizado en frío para obtener colores que durarán toda la vida.

  1. Encuentre la dirección en la que quedará la nueva tapa cuando se instale sobre la tapa y coloque el orificio del tornillo de fijación hacia el automóvil de modo que el tornillo de fijación no sea visible una vez instalado.
  2. Coloque la tapa de titanio sobre su cara sobre una superficie suave para asegurarse de que no se raye.
  3. Coloque la tapa de plástico OEM en su lugar y golpéela suavemente con un movimiento circular alrededor del borde hasta que quede al ras de los bordes.
  4. Instale el tornillo de fijación con la llave Allen proporcionada.
  5. ¡Vuelva a instalar la tapa en su automóvil y disfrute de la nueva apariencia!

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.
