Processing Times & Info
Why does it take 10–15 business days to process JDC Titanium orders?
Each JDC Titanium part is made to order. That means we polish, brush, color, and laser-etch your parts after your order is placed. We don’t keep pre-made inventory, which allows you to choose custom colors and designs—but it also takes time. The current processing time is 10–15 business days before shipping.
What can delay my titanium order?
Orders with multiple kits, large pieces, special order parts, or custom logos/designs take longer to produce. Shipping time also varies based on the size of the order and how complex the parts are.
Will I get tracking info when my order ships?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info. If we split your shipment, you’ll get separate tracking emails for each package.
Can I get updates on my order status before it ships?
Due to high order volume, we’re unable to provide real-time updates while your parts are still in production. If it’s been more than 10–15 business days, feel free to reach out to support@jdcustomsusa.com for a status update. We promise we’re working as fast as we can!
Can I cancel my titanium order?
If your titanium parts have already been processed and colored, canceling will result in a 10% restocking fee. Each titanium piece is custom finished to order, which means it can't easily be refinished or resold.
The website said a part was in stock, but now it’s on backorder. What happened?
Our site doesn’t track live inventory for every brand because we ship from multiple warehouses. Stock levels change fast, but we always check all sources to try and fulfill your order before notifying you of any backorders.
Can I cancel my order if an item is backordered?
Yes, you can—but we strongly recommend checking with the other store first to make sure they actually have it in stock. Most sites don’t track live inventory, and canceling with us may cause you to lose your spot in line, especially for high-demand items.
Why should I keep my backordered item with JDC?
Keeping your order ensures you keep your place in line. Sometimes, restocks only cover existing orders, and if you cancel, you’ll be starting over elsewhere, which often means waiting even longer.
I got an initial ETA, but now it changed. Why?
ETAs come from manufacturers or distributors and are often estimated with built-in buffer time. Delays happen, and we make sure to update customers as soon as we’re notified of any changes.
What’s the best way to get a shipping estimate before ordering?
If you’re on a tight deadline, email us at support@jdcustomsusa.com or call 423-665-9616. We’ll do our best to give you an accurate estimate based on the product(s) you’re looking at.
