Kit de hardware de reemplazo de pasador JDC Titanium AeroCatch

Reemplace sus pasadores de aluminio Aerocatch desgastados con el kit de herrajes de titanio de reemplazo directo de JDC. Diseñados específicamente para los cierres de capó Aerocatch, estos pasadores no solo son más duraderos que los de fábrica, sino que también se pueden personalizar para darle un toque especial al compartimento del motor.

Este kit está diseñado para reemplazar directamente los pasadores y herrajes de montaje del capó AeroCatch, y es compatible con todos los kits AeroCatch. Están fabricados con titanio Ti6Al-4V (Grado 5) extremadamente resistente y se pueden sustituir fácilmente por los pasadores de aluminio y los pernos de acero incluidos en los kits.

This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
