Si desea que su nueva insignia esté exactamente en la misma área que la insignia de fábrica, use cinta de pintor para delinear el área antes de quitar la insignia de fábrica.

Caliente cuidadosamente el emblema de fábrica con una pistola de calor o un secador de pelo para ablandar el adhesivo.

Usando una herramienta de palanca de plástico o un hilo de pescar, retire con cuidado la insignia de fábrica.

Una vez que hayas quitado el emblema de fábrica, limpia el adhesivo restante con alcohol isopropílico u otro removedor de adhesivo.

Limpie la superficie de montaje con alcohol isopropílico.

Aplique el promotor de adhesión únicamente en las áreas donde el adhesivo se adherirá al automóvil.

Retire el papel del adhesivo de la nueva insignia y presione con cuidado la insignia en su lugar.

This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
