  1. Caliente cuidadosamente el emblema de fábrica con una pistola de calor o un secador de pelo para ablandar el adhesivo.
  2. Usando una herramienta de palanca de plástico o un hilo de pescar, retire con cuidado la insignia de fábrica.
  3. Una vez que hayas quitado el emblema de fábrica, limpia el adhesivo restante con alcohol isopropílico u otro removedor de adhesivo.
  4. Limpie la superficie de montaje con alcohol isopropílico.
  5. Aplique el promotor de adhesión solo en las áreas donde el adhesivo se adherirá al automóvil.
  6. Retire el papel del adhesivo de la nueva insignia y presione con cuidado la insignia en su lugar.
  7. Cualquier huella dactilar o mancha se puede eliminar de forma segura conLimpiador de titanio JDC.El Windex o el alcohol isopropílico también funcionan bien para limpiar el titanio.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

GR5 Titanium (Grade 5 Titanium) is a premium alloy composed primarily of titanium, with small amounts of aluminum (6%) and vanadium (4%) for added strength and versatility. JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.
