Caja de fusibles/cubierta de relé de titanio JDC - Evo 7/8/9

La cubierta de titanio para caja de fusibles/relés JDC es el complemento perfecto para su cubierta básica de fábrica y se instala en minutos con el adhesivo 3M preinstalado. ¡Agregue esta pieza para obtener el toque visual de titanio que sabe que le falta! Cada pieza está cortada con láser de precisión y doblada con CNC para un ajuste perfecto en todo momento. Nuestras cubiertas están hechas... Fabricadas en titanio 6AL-4V grado 5 de 2 mm de espesor. Cada pieza se cepilla a mano antes de recibir nuestro tratamiento patentado de anodizado en frío para obtener los vibrantes colores que nos caracterizan. Cada pieza viene preinstalada con adhesivo 3M en la parte posterior que es extremadamente fuerte y duradero, pero delgado al mismo tiempo para no causar un espacio entre la cubierta y la tapa de la caja de fusibles.

Asegúrese de limpiar la parte superior de la caja de fusibles con alcohol para eliminar cualquier aceite o grasa y aplicar las piezas directamente en su lugar.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
