Cada pieza se cepilla a mano antes de recibir nuestro tratamiento patentado de anodizado en frío para obtener los vibrantes colores que nos caracterizan.

Instalación:

  • Cada pieza viene preinstalada con adhesivo 3M en la parte posterior que es extremadamente fuerte y duradero, pero delgado al mismo tiempo, para no dejar un espacio entre la cubierta y la tapa de la caja de fusibles.
  • Asegúrese de limpiar la parte superior de la caja de fusibles con alcohol isopropílico para eliminar cualquier resto de aceite o grasa y coloque la tapa directamente en su lugar. Se incluye un paquete de promotor adhesivo, que recomendamos usar para facilitar la adhesión.
  • Recomendamos usar guantes durante la instalación para evitar huellas dactilares y grasa en la pieza. Las instrucciones de uso y cuidado del titanio se incluyen con cada pedido para que sepa exactamente cómo mantener su titanio como nuevo durante muchos años.

This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
