La cubierta de titanio para caja de fusibles JDC es el complemento perfecto para la cubierta de plástico de fábrica de la caja de fusibles y se instala en minutos con el adhesivo 3M preinstalado. ¡Añade esta pieza para darle a tu vehículo ese toque de titanio que te falta!

Cada pieza se corta con precisión a láser para un ajuste perfecto en todo momento. Nuestras cubiertas están fabricadas con titanio 6AL-4V grado 5 de 1,5 mm de grosor. Cada pieza se cepilla a mano antes de recibir nuestro tratamiento patentado de anodizado en frío para obtener los vibrantes colores que nos caracterizan.

Installation: 

  • Each piece comes preinstalled with 3M adhesive on the back that is extremely strong and durable, but thin at the same time, to not leave a gap between the cover and the fuse box cap itself.
  • Please make sure to clean the top of your fuse box with rubbing alcohol to remove any oils or grease and apply the cover directly in place. A packet of adhesive promoter is included, and we recommend using it to help with the adhesion.
  • We recommend wearing gloves when installing to keep fingerprints and oils off the part. Titanium use and care instructions are included with each order so you'll know exactly how to keep your titanium looking brand new for many years to come!

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
