Revestimiento de volante de titanio JDC

El revestimiento de titanio para volante JDC es una forma sencilla de embellecer el volante original de su Evo 8 o 9. Este fino revestimiento de titanio se adapta perfectamente a la superficie del volante y no requiere modificaciones para su instalación. No es necesario desmontar el volante ni el airbag para su instalación. Cada pieza se corta con láser para un ajuste preciso y se cepilla a mano antes de recibir nuestro tratamiento patentado de anodizado en frío para obtener los vibrantes colores que nos caracterizan.

Opciones de logotipo:

  • Logotipo de titanio de JDC: opción de logotipo original
  • Logotipo personalizado: Sube tu imagen antes de añadirla al carrito. No podemos usar el logotipo de MOMO.
  • Nota: El logotipo JDC Titanium es estándar en todas las piezas y no se puede quitar.

(1) Revestimiento de volante de titanio JDC

El volante JDC esno incluidopero se puede comprar por separadoaquí.

(Se recomienda usar guantes durante la instalación para evitar dejar huellas dactilares en la capa de titanio).

  1. Quita los tres clips de plástico negros de los radios. Si nunca los has quitado, estos clips podrían tener pegamento, pero deberían ser fáciles de quitar a mano.
  2. Coloque cinta alrededor del anillo central para que la cara de la rueda no se raye cuando haga palanca para sacar el anillo central.
  3. Utilice una palanca o un destornillador de punta plana para extraer con cuidado el anillo central. Hay tres clips de plástico que lo sujetan a la rueda.
  4. Coloque la lámina de titanio en el volante y alinee cada orificio con los del volante. (No se necesita adhesivo para fijar la lámina, ya que los tres clips y el anillo central la sujetan firmemente al volante).
  5. Vuelva a colocar los clips de plástico en su lugar. (Para una solución más permanente, use pegamento para asegurar los clips en su lugar).
  6. Alinee cuidadosamente el anillo central con las tres pestañas y presiónelo nuevamente en su lugar.
  7. Si la pieza tiene huellas dactilares durante la instalación, usar Windex o una toallita Clorox funciona muy bien para limpiarla.

JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
