JDC Titanium Valve Cover Hardware Replacement Kit (Honda S2000)

Upgrade the aesthetics of your Honda S2000's engine bay with the JDC Titanium Valve Cover Hardware Replacement Kit. This kit is engineered to replace the factory valve cover hardware with high-quality titanium hardware that is stronger, lighter, and corrosion-resistant.

This kit includes custom CNC machined billet titanium washers that are identical in fitment to the OEM Honda washers. We've added a little JD "Custom" flare to the washers by adding a small recess where our custom bolts sit for a seamless finish. Every piece is crafted from premium-grade Gr5 titanium which provides superior durability, exceptional strength, and ultra-lightweight performance.

Give your Honda S2000 the ultimate upgrade it deserves with the JDC Titanium Valve Cover Hardware Replacement Kit!

Bolt Style Options:

  • Custom Hex Flange Head (uses a 10mm socket to fasten)
  • Custom Allen Flange Head (uses a 4mm Allen Key to fasten)

    (5) Custom Billet Titanium Washers

    (5) Custom Billet Titanium Bolts

You will need to reuse the OEM rubber grommets. The factory washers can be separated by using a flat-head screwdriver.

Bolts should be torqued to the factory torque specs, which are 8.7 ft-lb or 104.4 in-lbs.

We recommend removing and replacing one bolt at a time to keep your seal tight and the valve cover in line during the process.

GR5 Titanium (Grade 5 Titanium) is a premium alloy composed primarily of titanium, with small amounts of aluminum (6%) and vanadium (4%) for added strength and versatility. Renowned for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, GR5 Titanium offers superior corrosion resistance, excellent heat tolerance, and remarkable durability. This makes it an ideal material for aerospace, automotive, medical, and high-performance applications, where lightweight strength and longevity are critical. Its ability to be anodized into vibrant colors further enhances its appeal for customization in industries like motorsports and jewelry.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
