Malla de titanio JDC

La malla de titanio JDC se fabrica bajo pedido para ventilaciones, parrillas y aberturas de flujo de aire. Se vende por pulgada cuadrada: elige ancho, altura y acabado según las necesidades de tu proyecto.

Cada pieza se corta y anodiza bajo pedido con nuestro proceso exclusivo, que produce acabados vibrantes resistentes al calor y a los rayos UV. La malla puede doblarse y moldearse para adaptarse a curvas y aberturas, con mayor durabilidad y resistencia a la corrosión que la malla de aluminio.

Para acabados degradados como Burnt, Freaktanium y Rainbow, puedes elegir la dirección del color.

Notas importantes

  • Incluye como mínimo una pulgada adicional por cada lado para cubrir y sujetar correctamente la abertura.
  • Es un producto especial cortado bajo pedido y no admite devolución ni cambio; verifica las dimensiones antes de comprar.

Limpieza:

  • La grasa y la suciedad pueden acumularse en las pequeñas aberturas. Para obtener mejores resultados, utiliza JDC Titanium Cleaner o agua jabonosa suave con un cepillo de dientes de cerdas blandas. Se recomienda secar con aire.
  • Una limpieza adecuada restaura fácilmente el color y brillo originales.

Colored Titanium:

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.
