JDC チタンオルタネーターカバーは、醜いプラスチック製の工場製カバーに代わるものであり、エンジンベイに最適なチタン製センターピースです。各部品はレーザーカットされ、CNC 曲げ加工が施されているため、正確にフィットします。各部品は、当社独自のコールドアルマイト処理を使用して着色されており、当社が誇る鮮やかで長持ちする色を実現しています。

箱の中には何が入っていますか?

インストール:

プラスチックカバーを取り外し、工場出荷時のカバーが使用していた 2 つの取り付けポイントを見つけます。
右側のブラケットからゴム製グロメットを取り外し、その場所に短いスペーサーを置き、付属のフランジナットで底部に取り付けます。
長いスペーサーを左側のブラケットに手で締められるまでねじ込みます。
チタンカバーの2つの穴を各スペーサーの上部に合わせます
六角レンチを使用して、ワッシャー付きのチタンハードウェアを取り付けます。
ボルトを締める前に、シールドがオルタネータープーリーに触れないように位置を合わせてください。

Remove the plastic cover and find the two mounting points the factory cover used.
Remove the rubber grommet from the right side bracket and place the shorter spacer in its place and attach it on the bottom with the included flange nut.
Thread the longer spacer into the left side bracket until it is hand-tight.
Line the two holes on the Titanium cover up with the top of each spacer
Install the Titanium hardware with washers using an Allen key.
Make sure to align the shield where it isn't touching the alternator pulley before tightening the bolts.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
