Each component is CNC machined from 6AL-4V Aerospace Grade titanium, delivering exceptional strength while remaining extremely lightweight. Compared to factory hardware, titanium offers superior corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term durability and a consistent, high-end finish in your engine bay.

This kit is fully compatible with JDC Titanium alternator covers as well as Perrin alternator covers, making it the perfect upgrade or replacement hardware solution.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.

Can I get My Titanium In Red Or Black?

Red and black are not natural colors of annodized titanium. Please see our Titanium Coloring Options page for the full list of colors we offer. 

Will titanium hardware make my car faster?

We can’t promise extra horsepower (sorry, science), but they will lighten your wallet and your car, because titanium weighs less than steel. Plus, your engine bay will look so good, you might just gain a few “style points per hour.”

Is this hardware hard to install?

Not at all! If you can turn a wrench and identify certain areas under your hood, you’re basically certified. No drilling, no modifications; just swap, tighten, and prepare for endless compliments every time you pop the hood.
