Q: How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface. Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner , designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes. Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color. カムギアセンターボルト:

JDC チタンカムギアセンターボルトは、OEM センターボルト (三菱部品番号MF140285)の正確な代替品として作られています。Evo 1-8 および DSM モデルには 2 つのセンターボルトが必要ですが、MIVEC ギアは同じボルトを使用しないため、Evo 9 では 1 つのみ使用します。各センターボルトは個別に販売されています。JDC チタン MIVEC ギアキャップは、外観を完成させるために別々に購入できます。

カムギアタイミング調整ハードウェア:

JDC チタンカムギア調整ボルトは、タイミングを調整する外側のハードウェアの交換用に作られています。各キットにはボルトとワッシャーが含まれています。

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

CNC machined from a single piece of Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium.

Each piece is hand-polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last a lifetime!
