JDC Titanium & Carbon Fiber Flush-Fit Washers

Shop JDC Titanium & Carbon Fiber Flush-Fit Washers and dress up your car with the highest quality materials available! We carry the most common metric diameters (M5/M6/M8/M10) and you can choose your finish of anodized titanium, 2x2 carbon fiber, or forged carbon!

The JDC Titanium & Carbon Fiber Flush-Fit washers work in conjunction with the JDC Flush-Fit bolts and are available in a few common sizes.

Titanium:

  • The beautiful titanium washers are made from Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium and will work in multiple applications outlasting your car itself! Titanium is around 45% lighter, way stronger, and will not corrode like your stock steel bolts. 

Carbon Fiber: (while supplies last)

  • The unique carbon washers are made from solid layers of real carbon fiber and can be used just about anywhere! Make your ride stand out with a match made in heaven- carbon fiber and titanium!

    • M6 x 20mm OD 
    • M8 x 23mm OD

Orders Containing Titanium

Colored Titanium:

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.
