Q: How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface. Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner , designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes. Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color. JDC チタン排気マニホールドヒートシールドハードウェア

このキットは、Evo 8/9 の排気マニホールドヒートシールドボルトの交換用です。カスタムメイドのワッシャーが付属しており、以前のハードウェアで残ったリングをカバーします。純正ヒートシールドには 4 本のボルトがありますが、アフターマーケットのシールドには 3 本しかないものもあるため、このキットには念のため 4 本付属しています。予備のボルトは、エンジンベイのさまざまな場所にフィットします。

In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

CNC machined from a single piece of Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium.

Each piece is hand-polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last a lifetime!

Love my new ti bolts for my exhaust manifold heat shield. Judy one issue but I should've noticed, the heat shield uses 4 bolts and this kit only comes with the top 3 and not the middle lower one. The bolts are always top quality and always look amazing!
