工場出荷時の排気マニホールド ボルトとスタッドをアフターマーケット ターボで使用すると、ボルトが剥がれたり破損したりして密閉力が不十分になり、排気漏れの原因になります。このキットを使用すると、排気マニホールドをシリンダー ヘッドに適切に密閉でき、錆びたり腐食したりすることはありません。JDC チタン スタッド キットは Ti6Al-4V (グレード 5) チタン製で、六角レンチを使用して簡単に取り付けられる六角キー チップが組み込まれています。
特徴：- チタンは約45%軽く、はるかに強く、通常のスチールボルトやスタッドのように腐食しません。

Even though no one will probably see them besides me and my mechanic, I still could not pass up one these!!!!
The unthreaded tip really helps to get a nut started and the threads cut into the bolts and nuts are perfection. Tight tolerances and smooth threading! I will caution against the 12-point nuts if you have a tight tolerance between your manifold and head/turbo.

I have not installed these yet, however the quality and weight is a big difference from the oem ones, would recommend these for upgraded manifolds!

Do these clear the corners of the map manifold for Evo X
Yes, they do. We've sold thousands of these kits and they should work perfectly with the MAP Manifolds.
Do the washers clear the MaPerformance cast manifold?
They do. I would recomment using the 6-point nuts with that manifold as well.
