工場出荷時の排気マニホールド ボルトとスタッドをアフターマーケット ターボで使用すると、ボルトが剥がれたり破損したりして密閉力が不十分になり、排気漏れの原因になります。このキットを使用すると、排気マニホールドをシリンダー ヘッドに適切に密閉でき、錆びたり腐食したりすることはありません。JDC チタン スタッド キットは Ti6Al-4V (グレード 5) チタンで作られており、六角レンチを使用して簡単に取り付けられる六角キー チップが組み込まれています。

  • チタンは約 45% 軽く、はるかに強度が高く、標準のスチール ボルトやスタッドのように腐食しません。

Colored Titanium:

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

  • Titanium is around 45% lighter, and way stronger, and will not corrode like your stock steel bolts or studs.
  • Each stud/washer/nut assembly weighs only 0.7oz total.

CNC machined from a single piece of Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium.
