Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface. Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner , designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes. Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color. Installation:

This kit will come with each section labeled for easy installation.

No drilling is required for the Stage 1 Kit.

In order to install the Stage 2 kit, you’ll need to slightly enlarge the existing holes in the metal windshield wiper cowl bracket and the front core support to add rivnuts so you can add threads where they’re missing.

A rivnut tool will be required to properly fasten the rivnuts in place. If you don't have a rivnut tool, you can order an inexpensive tool here, or find one at your local auto parts store.

Colored Titanium: All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium: In stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.
