        Ordered the Universal Titanium M10 x 1.5 x 45mm Stud Set (Ordered 3) to mount the turbo exhaust or turbine housing to the downpipe. The studs mounted perfectly in the exhaust housing and I was able to bolt the downpipe to the exhaust housing. This was a test fit, as I sent my exhaust housing to be baked and prepared for painting. I left the studs in the exhausting during the baking process to burn off any grease or other containments and the studs did not change color, nor did they distort or become as issue to remove from the exhaust housing. Anodized blue remained blue and the threads remained blue as well.

        Good product, fast shipping

        Bought these for a 2003 SAAB 9-5 AERO with the TD04HL-15T turbocharger. Fiit great. Wanted to grade over the stock studs which are prone to breaking or the bits backing out. The 45mm fit my application but I would buy slightly longer ones the next time.

        How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

        Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

        Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

        Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

        Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
