皆様のご要望にお応えして実現しました! JDC GT-R チタン バルブ カバー キットが登場しました! 他社が提供するほとんどのステンレス スチール キットと比べて、非常に競争力のある価格設定になっています!

このキットは、錆びた OEM バルブ カバー ハードウェアを、美しい CNC 機械加工された Gr5 チタン ハードウェアに交換します。

キットには以下が含まれます:

  • （20）JDCチタンカスタムヘッドボルト
  • これらは汎用ボルトではありません。R35 GT-R 専用に設計されており、OEM ボルトと同じ寸法で完璧にフィットします。

インストールのヒント:

  • 取り付け中は、チタンに油が付かないように手袋を着用することをお勧めします。清潔な手袋をお持ちでない場合は、チタン部品に触れる前に手を洗うと効果的です。取り付け後は、石鹸水またはマイクロファイバーの布で Windex を使用してハードウェアを拭き、輝きを取り戻すことができます。
  • 新しいハードウェアを取り付けるときにバルブ カバー全体を外す場合は、新しいハードウェアを取り付けるときに通常のトルク設定とトルク パターンに従ってください。
  • バルブ カバーを車から取り外さずにボルトを交換する場合は、一度に 1 本のボルトを交換し、最終的なトルク設定まで締め付けます。

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

CNC machined from a single piece of Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium.

Each piece is hand-polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last a lifetime!

JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.
