JDCチタン製バルブカバー・ヒートシールド

ソリッドチタンから丁寧に製作したヒートシールドで、エンジンルームの視線を集めるアクセントになります。SNS名やカスタムデザインをレーザー刻印できるほか、マニホールドから発生する過剰な熱からバルブカバーを保護します。各部品は手作業でブラッシュ仕上げを施し、JDC独自の低温陽極酸化処理で美しく鮮やかなカラーに仕上げています。

Black Series：

  • ブラックコーティングに「JDC Titanium」ロゴをレーザー刻印し、選択したカラーで仕上げます。
  • 製造工程の都合により、カスタムデザインの選択肢には制限があります。

Colored Titanium:

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.
