JDCチタンメッシュ

JDCチタンメッシュは、ベント、グリル、エアフロー開口部向けの受注生産品です。平方インチ単位で販売しており、用途に合わせて幅、高さ、仕上げを選択できます。

各部品は受注後にカットし、JDC独自の陽極酸化処理を施します。耐熱性と耐UV性を備えた鮮やかな仕上げで、カーブや開口部に合わせて曲げ・成形できます。アルミメッシュより耐久性と耐食性に優れています。

Burnt、Freaktanium、Rainbowなどのグラデーション仕上げでは、色の方向を選択できます。

Orders Containing Titanium

Colored Titanium:

  • All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

  • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

Due to the bespoke nature of these items, they are considered special order products and, as such, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that once your order has been placed, it enters our production schedule immediately and cannot be canceled. JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.
