        • In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

        For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

        Terms

        • Return Window: 30 days from delivery
        • Days 1-15: 10% restocking fee
        • Days 16-30: 15% restocking fee
        • 31+ Days: Returns are not accepted
        • Return Authorization Required: All returns must be submitted through our online Return Portal before sending anything back
        • Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in new, sellable condition
        • Custom & Special Order Items: Not returnable
        • Refund Method: Original payment method after inspection

        Starting a Return

        All returns must first be submitted through our online Return Portal.

        Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please do not send an item back without first receiving return authorization.

        Return Eligibility

        To qualify for a return, the item must:

        • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
        • Be unused and uninstalled
        • Be in new and sellable condition
        • Include the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging

        Items That Cannot Be Returned

        The following items are not eligible for return:

        • Customized products
        • Anodized products with custom colors
        • Laser-etched products with a custom logo
        • Custom-designed products
        • Processed special orders
        • Used or installed products
        • Items returned 31 or more days after delivery
        • Items returned in an unsellable condition

        Restocking Fees

        Restocking fees are based on the number of days since your order was delivered:

        Days 1-15: 10% restocking fee

        Days 16-30: 15% restocking fee

        Day 31 and later: Return not accepted

        Refunds

        Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

        If the returned item has been used, installed, damaged, or is otherwise no longer in sellable condition, a refund will not be issued. We will contact you to explain the reason and discuss the available options.

        Orders That Received Free Shipping

        If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by JD Customs USA to ship your order will be deducted from your refund, unless JDC shipping protection was purchased.

        Return Shipping

        If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or otherwise chose to return the product, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

        If JD Customs USA made an error with your order, we will cover the appropriate shipping costs to correct it.

        For orders over $249, JD Customs USA will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item, but the customer remains responsible for return shipping when the return is not the result of an error by JD Customs USA.

        Return Packaging & Transit Damage

        Customers are responsible for making sure returned items are packaged securely.

        JD Customs USA is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping. Please use adequate protective packaging and consider using a trackable and insured shipping method when appropriate.

        Items that arrive damaged or in an unsellable condition may not qualify for a refund.

        Freight Deliveries

        All freight shipments must be fully inspected before the carrier leaves.

        If any damage is found:

        1. Note the damage on the driver's Bill of Lading
        2. Report the damage to JD Customs USA within 24 hours

        Failure to inspect a freight delivery before accepting it may make the order ineligible for a refund or replacement.

        Wrong or Missing Items

        If you receive the wrong product or your shipment is missing components, please contact us.

        We will work to send the correct item or missing components as quickly as possible.

        Titanium Color Variations

        Titanium anodizing can naturally produce slight variations in color.

        These minor color differences are normal and do not qualify as an item being "not as described."

        JDC Titanium hardware is backed by a Lifetime Finish Warranty covering fading or discoloration of standard JDC titanium finishes. This warranty applies specifically to qualifying JDC titanium hardware products. Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.

        How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

        Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

        Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

        Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

        Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
