We accept returns. You can return unused/uninstalled items in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUGGESTED TO A 3.5% PROCESSING FEE AND A 25% RESTOCKING FEE (exceptions apply and are completely entitled to the seller) buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and the shipping fee charged to the buyer when the purchase was made is not refundable.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your purchase price (IF APPLICABLE), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. (5-7 DAYS for credit processing)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. "ON SALE and MADE TO ORDER" items are non-refundable.
