工場出荷時の排気マニホールドボルトとスタッドをアフターマーケットターボで使用すると、ボルトが剥がれたり破損したりして密閉力が不十分になり、排気漏れの原因になります。このキットを使用すると、排気マニホールドをシリンダーヘッドに適切に密閉でき、錆びたり腐食したりすることはありません。JDC チタンスタッドキットは Ti6Al-4V (グレード 5) チタン製で、六角レンチを使用して簡単に取り付けられる六角キーチップが組み込まれています。

このキットは FP マニホールドで使用できますが、オープンエンドレンチに十分なクリアランスを確保するために 6 ポイントナットを使用することを強くお勧めします。

インストールのヒント:

排気マニホールドからヘッドまでのトルク仕様: 18～22 フィートポンド。
取り付けには固着防止剤を塗ることをお勧めします。

Exhaust manifold to head torque specs: 18-22 ft. lbs.
A touch of anti-seize is recommended for installation
Check the clearance on your manifold before ordering. Some manifolds will have less clearance than others. If you have a manifold with sharp angle bends straight out of the head flange, we recommend using six-point nuts, which will allow you to use an open-end wrench to tighten them. Twelve-point nuts would require a closed-end wrench to tighten and may not have enough room to get on the nut once the studs are in place. Check for clearance before ordering and you shouldn't have any issues.

Bling for the bay, however once you start you can't stop!! It's like chasing power, it's never enough!! Jdc titanium is just, um well leaves you speechless really.

The hardware is amazing, definitely makes a difference when showing your engine bay. You can't miss it. I would definitely recommend and I will be buying more hardware in the future. The one thing missing is the bolts should come with torque specs for where the bolts belong. Still 5 stars.
