JDC Titanium Beadlock Wheel Hardware (Universal)
JDC Titanium Beadlock Wheel Hardware is custom-designed specifically for use with 3-piece and beadlock wheels. Thread rolling makes these GR5 titanium bolts extremely strong to stand up to the craziest racing! Each piece is hand polished and colored using our proprietary cold anodizing process, which gives vibrant colors that will never fade in the sun like other anodized metals.

Beadlock Hardware: Fits beadlock wheels that utilize 5/16"-18 x 1 1/4" size bolts. Outer Diameter: .68" (17.5mm)

Wheel Hardware: Fits wheels that utilize 1/4"-20 x 3/4" size bolts. Outer Diameter: .53" (13.5mm)

Installation Tips:
- Make sure to follow the manufacturer's provided torque specs for your specific wheels. Beadlock and 3-piece hardware may have different torque specs.
- Make sure you are using the correct unit of measurement and do not confuse foot-pounds (ft-lbs.) with inch-pounds (in-lbs.)
- We recommend installing each bolt and tightening them in sequence to half the recommended torque before reaching the full torque.

For beadlock hardware: Make sure your beadlock ring is perfectly centered on the wheel before torquing. Occasionally a beadlock ring will be off-centered and this can cause the flange of the bolts to not sit centered.
