Products featuring custom logos, artwork, or special designs may not qualify for standard no-charge refinishing and could require a refinishing fee. Warranty does not cover discoloration due to improper use of chemicals.

This is a universal cap plaque that should fit on top of just about any radiator cap as long as there's a flat surface to stick it to.

do you do custom engraving on the plaque, if so how much, and how does the plaque allow for venting like oem radiator caps? which have cuts in the plastic stickers to vent the pressure?

We do offer custom laser etching on the radiator plaques. Radiator caps vent from the inside to allow coolant to go into the overflow reservoir. If your cap is venting out of the top, you have a faulty cap. This cover doesn't effect the function of the radiator cap in any way.

How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface.

Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner, designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color.

Tip: Always clean when parts are cool to avoid water spots or tarnished finishes.
