Q: How Do I Keep My Titanium Products Looking Brand New?

Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface. Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner , designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes. Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color. Colored Titanium:

All titanium is colored to order unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Please see the banner at the top of the website for the current estimated lead times. Production time can vary depending on your order size, products ordered, and the difficulty of custom options requested.

Bare Titanium/Stainless Steel:

In-stock items have a processing time of 3-5 business days.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.

Our custom-made washers incorporate a small recess that gives the flange head of the bolt a flush and low-profile appearance once installed.

These washers are made to fit the outer diameter of the JDC custom bolts, which can be purchased in multiple lengths and styles here.

If you don't like the flush look, simply flip the washer over for a standard look with any bolt.

CNC machined from a single piece of Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium.

Each piece is hand-polished before receiving our proprietary cold anodizing treatment for colors that will last a lifetime!
