Installing: Wear gloves when installing titanium parts to prevent oils from your hands causing a "faded" look. After installation, clean the part before applying heat to avoid baking oils onto the surface. Cleaning: Use our JDC Titanium Cleaner , designed to safely clean titanium without damaging the finish. Alternatively, clean with soapy water, a microfiber towel, or Windex, rubbing alcohol, or Clorox wipes. Avoid: Harsh chemicals like water spot remover, engine degreaser, brake cleaner, metal polish, or acidic cleaners—they can damage the oxidized layer and remove the color. クーラントキャップの取り付け：ご購入前に必ずお読みください！

工場出荷時のキャップは柔軟なプラスチックで作られているため、取り付け時にリザーバーの縁の周りで曲がることができます。チタンキャップはプラスチックのように曲がらないため、チタン部品をはめ込むには、リザーバーキャップの上部縁の周りを軽くやすりがけする必要があります。チタンキャップがしっかりと所定の位置に収まるまで、縁の周りを軽くやすりがけしてください。心配しないでください。やすりがけが完了した後も工場出荷時のキャップは機能しますので、リザーバー自体に恒久的な変更は加えられません。この部品をはめ込むためのわずかな調整に不安がある場合は、購入しないでください。

Installation for Coolant Cap: Please read before purchasing!

The factory caps are made from flexible plastic which allows them to flex around the reservoir lip when installing. The titanium caps don't flex like plastic and will require you to lightly sand around the top lip of the reservoir cap in order for the titanium part to fit. Lightly sand around the lip until the titanium cap pops into place tightly. Don't worry! The factory cap will still work once the sanding has been completed, so there are no permanent changes made to the reservoir itself. If you are not comfortable making the slight adjustment for this part to fit, please do not purchase.

For orders without titanium, our average processing time is 2-4 business days.
